INTERIOR - GREEN LOVE - VARNA

Green Love is a contemporary architectural project, created with a deep sense of responsibility toward nature and a sustainable environment. The ground-floor space, covering 123 sq.m, is designed as a harmonious area where modern design and ecological thinking naturally intertwine. Clean lines, carefully selected materials, and balanced proportions shape an interior that reflects the connection between aesthetics, functionality, and nature.

INTERIOR - RAW NATURE - STARA ZAGORA - LULIAK

Raw Naturen is an interior project for the residential part of a complex in Lyulyak village, covering 145 sq.m. The project includes a living area and one bedroom, designed in a rustic style inspired by the raw and unspoiled beauty of nature. Natural materials such as wood and stone, combined with warm earth tones and authentic textures, create a cozy and harmonious environment. The interior strikes a balance between traditional character and modern comfort, transforming the home into a calm and welcoming living space.

INTERIOR - CASHMERE - STARA ZAGORA

The Cashmere project is an interior design project for a 120 sq.m apartment located in one of the newest residential complexes in Stara Zagora, created in 2025. Inspired by the fine texture and natural softness of cashmere, the interior exudes calm, warmth, and understated elegance. The color palette and carefully chosen materials create a sense of lightness and balance, while every detail is thoughtfully designed to envelop the space in comfort and harmony. The project combines contemporary aesthetics with a cozy atmosphere, transforming the home into a place for restful living and stylish comfort.

2025

INTERIOR - A BIRD - STARA ZAGORA

This 103 sq.m apartment is organized with a functional hallway, a spacious living area, and is spread over two levels, featuring two bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The project was developed fully in accordance with the client’s requirements and lifestyle.

The A BIRD concept is an integral part of the sustainable design approach – the apartment is located in a central urban area and creates a harmonious connection between contemporary interior design and the building’s architecture. The design solution works in symbiosis with the context of the site, interpreting the building’s characteristics in a modern and sustainable way.

2022

INTERIOR - RUSTIC - VARNA

RUSTIC is an interior project for a house in the Perchamliyata area of Varna, presenting a harmonious blend of natural authenticity and modern comfort. The house spans two levels with a total area of 154 sq.m, with spaces thoughtfully organized for functionality and coziness. The interior includes a living area with kitchen, two guest zones, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main focus is on natural materials—wood, stone, and warm earth tones—that give the home character and a sense of tranquility. The rustic style is interpreted in a contemporary context through emphasized textures and balanced natural light, transforming the house into a cozy and harmonious living space.

ARCHITECTURE

CHÂTEAU RUSTIC – 350 sq.m – Stara Zagora – Lyulyak

Located in the picturesque foothills of the Balkan Mountains, the restoration and reconstruction project began in early 2023. The site covers a total area of 350 sq.m and includes a main visitor hall, a restaurant, a dedicated kitchen, a wine bar, and sleeping accommodations, creating a unique blend of functionality and comfort.

Special attention in the project is given to the conservation and preservation of a wall over 100 years old, which adds character and authenticity to the property, combining tradition with modern restoration.

2023

COMPLEX - BOROVEC VIEW – 795 sq.m – Varna

The BOROVEC VIEW complex consists of 5 row houses, each with a built-up area of 83 sq.m and a total floor area of 159 sq.m. Each house features 3 spacious bedrooms, a bright living area, and functional sanitary facilities, providing comfort and coziness for the family. It also includes a designated area with service rooms intended for the maintenance of common areas, ensuring a high standard of living.

The positioning of the complex has been carefully planned to provide maximum visibility and a beautiful sea view, combining convenience, tranquility, and picturesque scenery.

Multifamily BUILDING 44 – 1,596 sq.m Varna

Located in an urban environment, BUILDING 44 offers 12 single-family apartments, each with its own space and amenities. The project includes designated common areas, parking spaces, and office premises on the basement level, providing comfort and functionality for both residents and businesses.
