Situated in an urbanized area, the project is due to start in mid-2024. This is the total area of the building. ; RZP-350sq.m consists of a living room, kitchen - technology professional facilities; restaurant; bar; three bedrooms. A specific task for the project is to build a retaining wall protecting
the whole complex and to renovate a substantial one with over 100 years of history.
